We know that a continuous improvement process is the key to success. With our PDCA approach, we manage to continuously improve processes and optimally align them to your needs through constant repetition of optimization processes. The PDCA cycle consists of the four repetitive phases Plan-Do-Check-Act. It enables targeted root-cause analyses and thus creates an ideal basis for driving forward the digitization and optimization of your business processes.

1. Plan

The first phase serves to define goals and develop measures, for which we first analyse the current actual and afterwards the target situation together with you. Based on this, clearly defined goals can be formulated. The comparison of the actual and target situations also helps to identify potential for improvement and to develop concrete measures that will contribute to achieving the target state.

2. Do

In the second phase, we approach the planned measures iteratively in a defined environment. This allows us to better control the implementation as well as the impact of the measures and to readjust them if necessary.

3. Check

Once the first measures have been implemented, their effectiveness with regard to the objectives is checked. This allows us, for example, to identify weaknesses in the concept, potential for improvement and general disruptive factors, but also successes and approaches that are working well.

4. Act

Based on the review of measures, in the last phase improvements that cannot be proven or are insufficient are taken as a starting point for a new cycle. If the measures have led to the desired result, they are defined as standard and are ready for the implementation on a broad front. In this case, too, the cycle is run again and viewed as a continuous review of compliance and effectiveness of measures. This enables ongoing optimization and target achievement, especially with regard to changing conditions.
