    Marin Varvodic

    CEO of Caelor

My career shifted from professional sports through product management in mobile app development to the Atlassian ecosystem. I am now the CEO of Caelor, where we specialise in building Atlassian cloud apps that make Atlassian products even better.

I completed my education in Croatia, graduating with a degree in Sports Marketing and Finance Management from the University of Split, Economics Department. Scrum and LeSS weren’t part of my college curriculum, but today, I can't imagine my daily work without them.

During college, I played professional handball and intended to continue my sports career after graduation. However, a severe injury prevented that, so I shifted my focus to my business career. I moved abroad and have been progressing and growing ever since—both professionally and personally. I am in daily contact with the world’s leading IT companies, advising them on developing their products.

In my free time, I read as much as I can, spend time with my loved ones, and, of course, watch sports.

And the most important part—I'm a proud dad of two wonderful kids.
