Knowledge-sharing and growth
We foster a culture of knowledge sharing (both internally and externally) through various initiatives. We want to fuel your ideas and are committed to your development, which we offer through our Eficode Academy. This curriculum provides internal training on various topics, along with a mentoring program, webinars, etc. You can read more about our internal learning and development opportunities here.
We’re also committed to sharing our expertise with the world - which you can join in on. We encourage our employees, who like to do that, to step on stage as professional speakers in conferences, to participate and host meetups among professional communities on the topics we master or to provide learning opportunities for students of local schools and universities, to name some.

Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in Eficode
At Eficode, we are committed to creating an environment that embraces and celebrates diversity and inclusion while fostering mutual respect for all employees. We believe our differences make us better and recognise that by having diverse perspectives, skills, ages, genders, backgrounds, and cultures, we’ll better support our clients and innovate in our field.
We operate in 10 different countries, with English as our working language, and we are supported by collaboration tools that make cross-border work much easier. Our goal is to offer equitable experiences and opportunities to all Eficodeans.

DEI Champions group:
Our DEI Champion group is open to all Eficodeans. We discuss and align together our company’s DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) work. Meetings provide space for brainstorming and new ideas on how to move forward creating Eficode a safe and inclusive workplace for all.
Culture of feedback, care for psychological safety, and continuous improvement:
We recognise that feedback is essential to our culture. One of the main tools for listening to our employees is our engagement survey, through which we monitor and take action on relevant people-related topics rising from Eficodeans.
Awareness and celebration of important occasions:
We are committed to acknowledging and celebrating impactful DEI-related days in a way that’s meaningful and enriching for everyone. Who knows, you might end up finding yourself in the middle of a vivid panel discussion featuring fellow Eficodeans, sharing something meaningful.
Inclusive communication and embedding DEI into our people processes:
We pay attention to inclusive language in all our communication and are committed to educating ourselves in this area and other DEI topics. We've set goals for further incorporating DEI into our people processes—this is an ongoing journey!
DEI training:
We understand that building a diverse, equal and inclusive workplace is everybody’s responsibility. All Eficodeans undergo annual DEI and unconscious bias training. This ensures that we continue to learn and support each other in creating a positive work environment for everyone. In addition, Eficodeans have access to a range of soft skills training through our internal Academy.
