Eficode appoints Patrik Sallner as new CEO
New leader to drive Eficode’s next phase of growth with AI-powered software development
Helsinki, 6 June 2025 — Eficode, the leader in DevOps and AI services, has appointed Patrik Sallner as its new CEO. Patrik is taking on the role as Eficode enters its next growth phase as the leading DevOps and AI innovator in Europe.
Patrik’s appointment follows Ilari Nurmi’s decision to step down as CEO after six years of leading Eficode. Under Ilari’s leadership, Eficode has grown its revenue more than tenfold to become the leading European Atlassian and GitHub partner, helping over 1600 customers to become software-driven organizations.
Patrik brings extensive international leadership experience and has a successful track record in scaling B2B service and software companies. As the CEO of OpusCapita and Fonecta, he led significant growth through organic sales expansion and acquisitions. As the CEO of MariaDB, Patrik fostered strategic partnerships with major cloud providers such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and IBM. Over the past 20 years, he has run businesses with software development teams across Europe, Asia, and the US.
